Is this a "Hotel Takeover"?
Yes! We have 100% of the hotel. No kids, no single guys and no outsiders. Just 200+ sexy couples with the place all to ourselves.

When can I register?
Now! Since this is the only event of it's kind in Ottawa, it will sell out quickly.  If you really want to go, you should sign up immediately.

Can I stay at another hotel and still go to all of the parties?
No. Only those signed up for TABOTA: Ottawa Erotica AND staying at our host hotel can attend the activities (like the pool parties, the dance,  the vendor area, the after parties, etc.)

Can we bring friends back to our room that aren't signed up for TABOTA: Ottawa Erotica?
Unfortunately, no. Everyone must sign a form stating that they will abide by this when they arrive. The hotel will be very full and we simply do not have any way to handle additional people on the property from a security or an occupancy standpoint.

If I live in Ottawa but I can't come for the entire event, which parties can I buy tickets for and how much are they?
We may offer some passes to the dance . It will depend on occupancy levels and if we do offer individual tickets, they will be on a very limited basis.

Is there a theme for the dance?
The theme for the dance is "Fantasy Fest" (body paint, feathers, Mardi Gras masks, barely-there lingerie, sexy costumes... anything goes during this dance).

What kind of music can we expect?
We are going to have some great techno, trance and house music, but we will be playing this later in the night and starting off the night with more top 40.  Good party music from the 70s, 80s, and 90s will also be played.

Can Single guys attend?
TABOTA: Ottawa Erotica is a couples and single females only event.

What is the cancellation Policy?
Refunds, minus 40% of the total package price, will be given if written notice is received by TABOTA: Ottawa Erotica no later than 60 days prior to event. Absolutely, no refunds will be issued after that date. NO REFUNDS will be made if you do not cancel and do not show!

But what if we want to cancel and have no penalty?
We try to be as fair as possible, but our cancellation policies are in place for everyone and has to be followed. It costs us money to process and then to refund credit cards. We pay a 3rd party to put everyone's information in our database, to update our accounting and to send out confirmation letters.
